Wild Billy Airstrip OR29

For those guests that are pilots, we invite you to land on our private airstrip and begin your Wild Billy Lake Experience.  Our airport ID is OR29 and is charted on the Klamath Falls Sectional. The dirt runway is 2000’ long at an elevation of 4500′ msl. If you’re looking for an alternative to the $500 hamburger, we think you’ve found it at Wild Billy Lake.    

Wild Billy Lake is an ideal location to accommodate a group of airplanes and do fly outs to a host of different Southern Oregon destinations. Your flight into our airstrip will not disappoint, with spectacular views of Crater Lake National Park and the Southern Cascade volcanoes. 

Ready to fly in?  Go to the Contact Us page and send us an email with your desired dates.  After a date is planned, review the Wild Billy Airstrip Safety Briefing and complete the Liability Release Form.  After submission of the Liability Release Form and a review of your information, you will be given permission to fly in. Please read the Safety Briefing closely, there are only certain aircraft types that are suitable for this airstrip.  Note: The deposit and cancellation policy for pilots is very flexible due to flying weather uncertanties.
